May 1, 2018 – May is National Cystic Fibrosis (CF) Awareness Month. More than 30,000 adults and kids in the United States have CF. In Green Bay, Wisconsin, a 16-year-old girl is currently winning the battle against CF thanks to her life-saving double lung transplant.
